South Charlton Village Hall

The Village Hall run as a charitable organisation followed the closure of the village school in 1974 where it has been voluntarily run by local people since its inception shortly after.

The management committee continue to work to maintain and promote the village hall as a vital, and available to all, community building.

We are lucky to be a busy, well used hall. With regular groups such as Little Acorns, bowls club, photo club and leek club all using it regularly.

As a committee we also hold events through the year (some fund raising, some free) inc. Bonfire Night, Easter & Christmas Bingo's, and a Village Party. Other misc. events are held through the year and depend on occasion.

Facilities:

Capacity - Table seating Approx 60, Meeting seating 70.

Disabled Access throughout inc. WC.

Fully resourced Kitchen with electric oven & hob, crockery, water boiler, fridge & small freezer.

Ceiling mounted projector & sound system.
