SUGGESTION BOXES

Eglingham Parish Council has installed three suggestion boxes.  There is one at Eglingham Village Hall, sited below the post box in the external porch.  A second is sited at South Charlton Village Hall and affixed to the village hall Gate and the third in North Charlton, on the wall opposite the cottages. They are all clearly labelled. 

The Parish Council is keen to encourage input from residents.  It is hoped that the boxes will make it easy for people to do that. 

The suggestion boxes will be emptied 2 weeks prior to each meeting.

Please ensure any suggests are placed inside an envelope - these suggestions will be read by the clerk in the first instance and then distributed to the councillors for discussion at the next meeting where appropriate.
